Job Title: Liability Generation Officers

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and experienced Liability Generation Officers to join our microfinance bank. As a Liability Generation Officer, you will be responsible for managing and growing our deposit base, ensuring effective asset management, and driving customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in liability generation/deposit mobilization within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on asset management. This is a full-time position that requires a hands-on approach to effectively generate liabilities for the bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate and grow the deposit base of the microfinance bank.
  • Identify potential customers and target markets to effectively promote deposit products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize deposit acquisition.
  • Provide information and guidance to customers regarding the features and benefits of deposit products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for deposit growth and competitive positioning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in liability generation/wealth management/deposit mobilization within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices.

Job Summary
Liability Generation Manager plays a crucial role in mobilizing deposits and ensuring adequate funding for the business operations of Auto Bucks Lenders Limited. This position requires the individual to possess a strong clientele portfolio and exceptional relationship management skills. Liability Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to generate deposits and manage investment products effectively.

Location: Yaba

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract deposits from individual and corporate clients, ensuring consistent growth in deposit base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their financial needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, monitoring their investment requirements, providing investment advice and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the product development team to identify and develop investment products that meet the needs of clients and attract new deposits.
  • Assess and manage the risk associated with deposit mobilization and investment products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or a related field (A Master’s degree will be a plus)

  • Excellent knowledge of financial products, investment strategies and risk management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market trends and make informed investment decisions.

Job Summary
Executive Credit Manager will be responsible for the evaluation, processing of loans and act as a liaison between clients and the organization while helping qualified applicants acquire huge loans in a timely manner. They will continually identify, develop, and maintain a quality network of business relationships and serve as a recurring source of referrals for new lending opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-loan Disbursement
  • Prospecting new clients
  • Analysis financial data of client’s business.
  • Conduct on-site visits to potential clients for loan products.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.
